The Pass Promise
Do the work, and if you don’t pass, your retake is on us.
The Coaching Circle isn’t a bigger pile of content — it’s the accountability that gets you across the line. So here’s the deal: follow the plan, hit the marks, sit for your exam. If you still don’t pass, we cover your retake fees — up to $1,400.
It isn’t a gimmick. It’s how confident I am in the path when you actually walk it.
What you need to do
Three things, all of them tracked in your dashboard so there’s never any guesswork about where you stand:
- Show up to coaching. Attend at least one live coaching call each week during your study period for that section.
- Finish the content. Complete every lecture, every MCQ, and every full-length simulated exam for that section. Your dashboard tracks all of it.
- Hit the readiness mark. Score higher than 70 on at least one of your first two full-length simulated-exam attempts for that section.
What we cover
If you do all three and still don’t pass, we reimburse the exam section fee you pay to re-sit that section — up to $350 per section, or up to $1,400 across all four sections. One retake per section.
We pay you back after you register for the retake. Re-sit the failed section whenever it fits your plan while your membership is active — just send us your score notice and your retake registration receipt within 30 days of registering, and we’ll take care of it.
What it doesn’t cover
It covers the exam section fee you pay to re-sit — not everything around it. Your initial application fee, state board licensing fees, any rescheduling or no-show fees, and your course tuition aren’t included. (If the course isn’t right for you, that’s what the 14-day money-back guarantee in your first two weeks is for.)
Why the conditions
Because a promise with no conditions isn’t a promise, it’s marketing. Every requirement above is something that genuinely predicts passing — showing up, finishing, and proving readiness on a clean simulated exam. If you do those three things, you’re very likely to pass and never need this. That’s rather the point.
Full conditions are in your enrollment agreement. See the Pass Promise Terms.
