Refund Policy

1. Free trial.

You won’t be charged during the 14-day free trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you won’t be billed.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee.

If you purchase and aren’t satisfied, email support@smartercpareview.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

3. After 14 days.

Purchases are non-refundable after the 14-day window, except where required by law or as provided under the Pass Promise.

4. Payment plans.

If you paid via Affirm or Klarna or an installment plan, refunds are reversed through the financing provider (Affirm or Klarna), subject to their terms.

5. The Pass Promise.

The Pass Promise (Coaching members) is separate from this refund policy and has its own terms (see them here).

6. How to request.

Email support@smartercpareview.com with your name and order details. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
